What are your operating times?

 

The Liqznchillzng.com marketplace is open for you to place and track orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Different vendors operating on our marketplace may have different working times. You will be advised on the available delivery or pickup times based on the vendor you select to order from during checkout.

We are inspired when customers are satisfied with our service, which is why we always do our best to provide a great service. However, there may be a few lapses on our part, and we apologise for this. Feel free to complain about something (or anything), we’d gladly listen to and help you. How do I place an order?

 

Simply add products to your shopping cart from any of the vendors with available stock for your choice product/s, then open up your cart to checkout and place your order. Please note that you can only checkout from one vendor at a time. If you wish to order from multiple vendors, you will need to checkout seperately for each vendor. You may call or chat us if you experience any issues and we’ll take your order

 

What is the minimum/maximum order I can place?

 

We have no minimum order and an unlimited maximum order requirement.

 

Can I order by telephone or email?

 

It is best to use our online system to place your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may like to speak to someone or there may be technical issues. You can always contact our customer services team if you would like to place an order over the phone or send your order via email to orders@liqznchillzng.com.

 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

 

You may not be able to cancel your order once it has been placed and the vendor has accepted it for processing. Please view our returns policy for further details.

Are my transactions secure?

 

Yes! Your transactions are secure. To give our customers confidence and integrity we use SSL to protect and secure transactions between your web browser and our servers. Your payment information is not made visible or accessible to the outside world as our servers are maintained and hosted in a secure location.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment options are given during the checkout process.

Do you deliver and how much is the delivery charge?

 

Vendors operating on our platform set their standard delivery charges, and we work to ensure the charges are reasonable and fair. In some cases where an extra charge may be required due to the size and/or weight of your order, the vendor will contact you.

 

Can you deliver to a different address from the billing address?

 

Yes. This option is given to you during the checkout process. Please take care when entering your delivery details and make the address as specific as possible so our riders can locate you.

 

Can I pick up my order?

 

Yes. You can select the pickup option during checkout and pickup from the vendor store. The vendor store address and phone number are indicated on the order confirmation sent to your email after completing your order.

 

Who will deliver my order?

 

The vendor with whom you place your order will deliver your order to you using their dispatch rider. Where a vendor’s dispatch riders are fully booked, a reliable courier service will be contracted to get your order across to you.

 

Where is my order?

 

Delayed orders can occur due to some reasons which may include payment failures, or unavoidable shipping problems. We work towards delivering orders within 1 hour for intrastate orders and 2-5 working days for interstate orders. You can contact our customer services team for any further details, who will be happy to help.

 

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

 

Yes! and we even do better with delivery in as little as an hour. Same day or less delivery service only applies to intrastate orders. Interstate deliveries take between 2-5 working days.

I received a faulty/damaged bottle, what shall I do?

 

Shipping bottles and (fairly) fragile products can lead to damages whilst your order is in transit. Your orders are always carefully packaged before being dispatched and we instruct our courier service providers to treat them with care. Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will always replace the same for you. Kindly view our returns policy for further information.
